Shaaz Mahmood reflects on his postgraduate experience at University College London, sharing how moving from Cardiff to London opened up new academic, social and cultural opportunities. From balancing a master’s workload with city life to meeting people from around the world, he explains how studying in London has challenged him, broadened his horizons and become one of the best decisions he has made.
