Cuba: Environmental Challenges, Policies, and Progress
An event part of the UCL Institute of the Americas Environment and Society in the Americas Seminar series
Many of Cuba’s challenges from climate change, pollution and resource depletion are shared with Caribbean neighbours, but its conditions and policy frameworks for tackling them are quite different. Based on her research, Dr Morris will discuss the assessment of Cuba’s on record environmental protection.
An event part of the UCL Americas seminar series Environments and Society in the Americas, with kind support from the UCL Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS).
