Student Representation
There are a range of committees and activities that students can get involved in to represent their community.
Student Partnership Committees (SPCs)
Academic Representatives are students who are involved on an on-going basis with their peers and staff so that students’ views are represented in decision-making across the institution.
Course Representatives are involved at departmental level and sit on the Student Partnership Committees.
The undergraduate SPC meets three times throughout the academic year to create a collaborative space where discussion, feedback and then resulting actions are worked through.

The EDI Shadow Board
The Social and Historical Science (SHS) EDI Shadow Board, is part of the 2020 pledge to establish a Student Board for advancing student concerns around EDI issues. Alongside the SHS EDI Strategy Board, the Shadow Board complements the work of the Department of Economics EDI Board and the UCL EDI Committee.
Our current EDI Shadow Rep is Anika Raizada.
