One of the most mysterious and magical of all visual phenomena and we can buy it in a small, factory-made wooden frame, €12 for a small and €30 for a large.

I wanted to record the aurora whilst not completely destroying its magic. My photographs, shown below,  came out completely black but, by increasing the contrast of the images, some patterns emerged. Sitting at my computer, I felt again the excitement I felt seeing the green shadows in the arctic for the first time.
