We were sad to hear of the passing of Sally Jacobs, who taught on the Slade Theatre Design course in the 1980s and 1990s. Her work included designs for the Royal Opera House and RSC, including Peter Brooks' A Midsummer Night's Dream. See The Guardian for more about Sally Jacobs' life and work.
