Who are they now? responds to the theme of queer embodiment and the experience of queering in relation to identity, politics and community. The installation works on the gesture of encountering - with both the self and otherness - through the looking (2 sided) glass, where the self image and people standing on the other side overlaps on each other. This experience based installation works with the ambiguity within both linguistics and materiality to convey those thinkings and affects.
