    , Maggie Barrett, 2022, 15 minute remote performance made for video conferencing platform

    "I lean on you” is a performance made for Microsoft Teams which is the online learning platform adapted by the Slade during the pandemic. The performance is a text piece read aloud with cameras off, as I walk from my studio to the darkroom -12 minutes. When I arrive to the darkroom I turn on the camera and perform a series of postures I learned from looking closely at a set of negatives over the course of a year.
