An exhibition of two wall works exploring colour and surface, by Slade School of Fine Art staff Estelle Thompson, Acting Head of Graduate Painting, and Jo Volley, Deputy Director (Projects) & Senior Lecturer in Painting.

Colour is significant in both artists’ practices; Estelle Thompson’s large acrylic wall work relates to her work as an abstract painter and Jo Volley’s wall pigments further explore aspects of the Pigment Timeline (currently on display in the UCL North Cloisters) and the Materials Research Project.
