My work contains a blend of concepts and creation. The visuals of ideas develop during construction, often traversing a variety of different media. The media used become inseparable and cannot be termed according to sculpture, photography, performance or film. Sculptural objects become elements within photographs or props within films.

The work balances desire and denial, humour yet underlying sincerity. It examines aspects of the media as a myth-making device within contemporary culture. It questions the search for knowledge without responsibility and the desire for self improvement without heed to consequence.

The work is often collaborative as this mixes the ideas and creativity of certain people within a common interest. This disregards the notion of the artist as a separate individual.
