1. Art work should be mobile, not having any obvious connection with established buildings or persons.

2. Art work should be temporary.

3. Art work should be low budget, so that the work could conceivably have been made by anyone.

4. If art work is funded by an external body, this should not be visibly apparent.

5. Art work should, as far as possible, use vernacular language and materials.

6. Art work should be anonymous.

7. Art work should not be named as, or promoted as art.

8. The whole or part of this manifesto may be disregarded or amended at any time.
