Overview
Over the eight weeks of this course, you'll have the opportunity to work from a single fixed portrait pose.
You can choose your method of working, as well as the size and scale of your painting or series of works. You'll work directly from the model in all sessions.
You'll receive tailored support from the tutors throughout the course.
Classes are held on Tuesday afternoons, from 2:30pm to 5pm.
This course is run by the Slade School of Fine Art at UCL.

This course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
Certificates
You can request an attendance certificate after completing the course. These can only be supplied during the year you take the course and can't be produced retrospectively.
Cost
The cost is £375.
You can book this course and the Single Pose Life Painting (Evening Course) together for £700.
A 10% discount is available for UCL current students and staff. To claim this discount, you'll need to enter your UPI number (on your UCL ID card) when booking.
This fee covers easels and drawing boards but you'll need to supply your own canvas/canvasses for the sustained work.
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be sent a list of suggested materials which you'll need to supply yourself.
