Day 2: Producing / Directing
- Overview of preproduction processes and its significance
- Script breakdowns, storyboarding, and shot lists
- Budgeting and scheduling considerations
- Fundamentals of film direction
- Blocking and staging scenes effectively
Day 3: Cinematography
- Introduction to camera equipment and terminology
- Framing, composition, and camera movement
- Lighting techniques and their impact on storytelling
- Hands-on exercises to practice basic cinematography skills
Day 4: Sound
- Importance of sound design in filmmaking
- Basics of recording and editing sound
- Practical shooting exercise
Day 5: Postproduction
- Overview of the postproduction process
- Introduction to editing software
- Hands-on editing exercises
