Overview

Who this course is for
This is a three-day revision course designed to help you prepare for the FRCS exam in otolaryngology.
Course content
The course will cover an outline of examination and vivas and top tips for:
- otology and neurotology
- rhinology
- paediatric ENT
- benign tumours
Teaching and structure
The course will run over three consecutive days.
Costs
The standard course fee is £690.
For direct payments (by card)
Places can be booked by credit/debit card up to 48 hours before the start of the course, subject to availability.
For payments by invoice
To secure a place, a purchase order document must be received within 7 working days of the course start date.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order for a course after it is accepted by us and outside of any period in which you might have a right to cancel, then the following applies.
Your cancellation must be received in writing no later than 14 days before the start of the Course. If we receive your cancellation no later than 14 days before the start of the Course we will refund any amount you have paid to us for that Course less an administration charge of 20%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made by you within 14 days of the Course date.
Course team

Peter Andrews
Peter is the Associate Professor of Rhinology at the UCL EAR Institute. He's Consultant Rhinologist, Anterior Skull Base and Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

Alam Hannan
Alam is a Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist - Head & Neck Surgeon at the Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital. He currently delivers a full general elective and emergency ENT service for adults and children and collaborates to provide and expand subspecialised Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery. Alam is formally registered as an Assigned Educational Supervisor on the Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum Programme, and as a Foundation Educational Supervisor on the NHS portfolio. He's passionate about simulation-based ENT training and has assisted in developing and teaching on such courses within the London Deanery and at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
