The IDINA team reside with ISD and oversee the administration of UPI and related identity and access management systems.

  • The process for registering a new visitor to UCL and requesting access to services such as the ID cards and library access.
  • Staff and students will receive a UCL computer account when they start. Visitors and honorary staff need accounts requested.

    Displays registered UCL Computer Reps and allows Reps to view details of their users' accounts.

    Find UPI is a simple tool for looking up UPI details either to find a UPI for a person or to check a person's details and entitlements.

services@UCL uses them to keep track of the systems you use, in order to maintain your Recently Used list, both now and for future visits.

The information is only used to personalise your home screen and information is not passed between browsers. All other uses of collected data (e.g. improving search results, usage reports/analytics) employ aggregated, anonymous data.

Depending on your browser settings, the cookies required to manage your Recently Used list have already been set. You can remove or block them via your browser but this will prevent that feature from working.
