Find UPI is a simple tool for looking up UPI information - either to find a UPI for a person or to check person details and entitlements from a UPI. Access to Find UPI is restricted and is only available to staff who have an operational need to use the information (usually for checking and diagnosing errors when data is transferred between systems using UPI data).
Enter a combination of forename and/or surname or UPI to retrieve a person's details. This will include UPI, name, user ID and departmental associations.
Find UPI FAQ
For whom is this system suitable
The Find UPI system is used by support teams in conjunction with other activities, such as granted access to new users. It is not designed to be used for general departmental administration or for day to day looking up of personal information.
Cookies are text files stored on you computer and managed by your browser.
services@UCL uses them to keep track of the systems you use, in order to maintain your Recently Used list,
both now and for future visits.
The information is only used to personalise your home screen and information is not passed between browsers.
All other uses of collected data (e.g. improving search results, usage reports/analytics) employ aggregated, anonymous data.
Depending on your browser settings, the cookies required to manage your Recently Used list have already been set. You can remove or block
them via your browser but this will prevent that feature from working. The link below includes details on how to find these browser
settings for the main UCL supported browsers.
