System overview

MyView allows UCL employees to view their payslips and P60s online, view their appraisal and probation history at UCL, edit their own personal details using online forms. This includes employees contact details, emergency contacts, next of kin or bank account details and request leave for approval.

Registration requirements
- Any member of staff can access with their UCL userid and password.
System requirements
- HTML-based website
- MyView should be accessed using Internet Explorer 8, Firefox and Safari.

MyView FAQ

MyView Access

Log into MyView using your UCL user name and password. When you initially login you will be required to enter your National Insurance Number in uppercase characters without spaces.

You can access MyView remotely by using either VPN (Virtual Private Network) or Staff WTS (Windows Terminal Service).

Managers using MyView are able to:

View appointment, post and costing details for employees that report to them enter employee sickness entries into the system enter employee's appraisals approve or reject leave requests.
