The Pocock Scholarship aims to support UK domiciled students with Home fee status in financial need to pursue an undergraduate degree in BFA Fine Art or BA Fine Art at UCL.
Eligibility
Eligible candidates must:
- be domiciled in the UK with Home fee status;
- be in financial need
- hold an offer of admission to UCL to study a full-time undergraduate degree in BFA Fine Art or BA Fine Art for the 2025/26 intake.
Value, benefits, and duration
The recipient will receive £2,667 in each year of study, assuming they undertake a three-year BFA Fine Art course. If the selected recipient is enrolled on a four-year BA Fine Art course, they will receive £2,000 in each year of study. The award will be applied towards tuition fees.

Selection
The criterion for awarding the scholarship is financial need and you will need to demonstrate this in the application.

Results
The scholarship will be awarded by recommendation by a panel composed of UCL staff. The successful candidates will be notified as soon as decisions are made by the department of Slade.
