The Pall Biotech Scholarship aims to provide one scholarship to enable a UK domiciled student to pursue an undergraduate degree within the Department of Biochemical Engineering at UCL.
Eligibility
Eligible candidates must:
- be domiciled in the UK with Home fee status;
- be from a disadvantaged background;
- be a Biochemical Engineering undergraduate student.
Value, benefits, and duration
The award provides $10,000 USD per year for up to four years and is subject to satisfactory academic progress. The award can be applied to cover tuition fees or maintenance costs depending on the awardee's preference.
Selection
The criterion for awarding the bursary is financial need and you will need to demonstrate this in the application.
How to apply
The Pall Biotech Scholarship is one of the schemes that make up the Undergraduate Funding and Access Awards (UGFA).

Results
The UGFAs will be awarded by recommendation by a panel composed of UCL staff. The successful candidates will be notified as soon as decisions are made by mid-September.
