Please use this checklist to help you identify if you have anything that may prevent you from fully taking part in any of the following practical courses.

- Mobile Access Towers (PASMA)
- Safe Moving and Handling of People
- Safe Use of Slings, Hoists and Mechanical Aids
Health check questions
Do you have any health or medical conditions that might affect your ability to lift, carry, or perform manual handling tasks?
Are you taking any medication that might affect your physical abilities or reaction time?
Are you pregnant?
If you are pregnant, has a risk assessment been done for you?
Do you have any musculoskeletal conditions that could affect your taking part in this training (e.g. back, knee or shoulder problems)?
Do you have any injuries or illnesses that might affect your ability to perform manual handling tasks safely?
Guidance for participants
If you have answered "yes" to any of the above questions or have any doubts about your general health and fitness, you are recommended to consult your doctor before you undertake this training.
Also, please inform your trainer on the day of the training so that they can make any necessary adaptations to the session for you.
