Safety Professional Network – applications now open

Safety Services has introduced a second round of fully funded health and safety qualifications for staff with health and safety responsibilities. Come along to one of our drop-in sessions to find out more.
In response to popular demand, Safety Services is introducing a second round of funding for the Safety Professional Network (SPN), an initiative to support the professional development of DSOs and health and safety professionals across UCL.
Through this fund, eligible staff members can access fully funded training to enhance their skills, align with UCL’s health and safety strategy, business needs and contribute to a safer working environment.
Available qualifications
The fund supports a range of qualifications to meet different career stages and needs, ensuring UCL staff have access to the best possible training:
- Level 3 Health and Safety Qualification – Ideal for those developing their safety management expertise (NEBOSH General Certificate – Level 3).
- Level 6 Health and Safety Qualification – Designed for experienced safety professionals seeking to advance their careers (NEBOSH Diploma - Level 6).
