Training for shipping dangerous goods
Proper training is compulsory for anyone involved in the preparation, packing, or transportation of dangerous goods.
Shipping Dangerous Goods by Air
If your work involves shipping diagnostic and infectious substances by air, specific training approved by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is required. This ensures you meet international aviation regulations.

For those departments that use road transport for shipments, Safety Services offers a bespoke "Dangerous Goods Awareness" course. This course covers the regulations, classification, packaging, and documentation required for safe road transport.
