We are entering Phase 2 of the UCL Health and Safety Vision: 2027 and Beyond, and your input is more important than ever.

Phase 2 and consultation feedback on the UCL H&S Strategic Plan
Following a successful Phase 1 launch of the UCL Health and Safety Strategic Plan 2024-2027+, we're excited to announce the start of Phase 2.
Your feedback from Phase 1 captured the values, beliefs and attitudes you have about UCL’s health and safety culture and delivering the Strategic Plan. Thank you for your engagement and valuable feedback so far. We were particularly pleased with the positive reception to the Themes and Enablers.
Your input has helped us refine our Health and Safety Vision Statement to:
“Our health and safety culture supports excellence and is integrated into how we do things at UCL. People action what is needed for a safe and healthy environment for everyone working, studying and visiting our university.”
From vision to action: The Plan on a Page
We've listened carefully to your thoughts and used them to create a "Plan on a Page" that outlines how we will deliver on the key Themes and Enablers of the strategy. This Plan on a Page will serve as a clear and concise guide, ensuring we stay focused and aligned on our shared objectives.
