The History Tab – tracking activity history in riskNET modules

With the History Tab you can access a comprehensive activity log of each record, providing a detailed record of its journey through the workflow. The activity log includes timestamps, status changes and responsible persons.

Each of the modules in riskNET has unique workflows and requirements and the History Tab is based on the specific needs of each module.

The History Tab is available on the following modules within riskNET

• Audits & Inspections
• DSE Assessment (Manager Reviews)
• Incident Management
• Radiation Substances
• Responsible Persons Register
• Risk Assessment

How to access the specific History Tab

To access the History Tab for a particular record, simply navigate to the respective record within a specific module and locate the "History" tab. From there, you can see the historical data of that specific record.
