Dementia and Neurodegeneration - a window of opportunity
This publication provides an insight into some of the work on dementia and neurodegeneration being carried out across UCL, in collaboration with national and international academic collaborators, and UCL's industrial partners. Currently, there is little that can be done to tackle the root causes of dementia. However, the hope is that by pulling together the breadth and depth of research expertise across UCL, that researchers here will have a major impact on this disease, which is one greatest and growing challenges to health systems worldwide.
