Description
We are delighted to welcome Bronwen Percival, cheese buyer for Neal's Yard Dairy and co-founder of MicrobialFoods.org, and Francis Percival, award-winning food and wine writer and co-convenor of The London Gastronomy Seminars who will be delivering our summer lecture based on their book Reinventing the Wheel: Milk, Microbes, and the Fight for Real Cheese, which reveals the surprising truths and science behind the dairy industry.
The lecture will be followed by a wine and cheese reception, during which you can hear quickfire soapbox science talks by UCL academics and The Eden Project; and make your own cheese with artist and materials specialist Ellie Doney.
