RIS welcomes new Director of Contract Services Transformation

UCL is investing in Research and Innovation Services to enhance the end-to-end service experience for our academic community. As part of this, the institution has initiated a project to help change and improve contracting services within UCL. 

To help lead this change, we are delighted to welcome Saniyah Testa on a two-year fixed-term appointment to RIS as our Director of Contract Services Transformation.

Saniyah joins us from the University of Surrey where she led their Research and Innovation Services team and oversaw a major transformational change in research administration at the university.

She will work closely with the Contract Services team, the RIS Leadership Team, and our colleagues in UCL Change and Improvement to enhance our contract services offer and build on the continuing improvement work in wider RIS in Awards Services, Planning, Insight and Improvement, and Compliance and Assurance.
