Research and Innovation Services Easter deadlines

Over the Easter period, Research and Innovation Services (RIS) will close from 5pm on Wednesday 5 April 2023, and will re-open at 9am on Thursday 13 April 2023.

For anyone planning to submit a research proposal during this period, in order to allow teams to work as closely as possible to our commitment of providing approval within 5 working days, please note the Award Services deadlines below:

• For proposals to be checked and submitted prior to or just after UCL's Easter closure period (13/14 April 2023), the locally approved Worktribe should be with our Pre-Award team by close of business on Tuesday 28 March 2023
• Final applications and any partner costings (where applicable) should be with our Pre-Award team by close of business on Monday 3 April 2023
• Proposals due to be submitted via an online funder portal should be on the portal ready for approval by our teams at least two working days before the external deadline. If the deadline falls over the UCL Easter closure period or on 13/14 April 2023, the proposal should be submitted for approval no later than Monday 3 April 2023.
