Tracer portfolio

The GMP team have successfully validated [18F]MK-6240, [18F]NAV-4694 and [18F]AldoView over the recent months to enhance the tracer portfolio available through the UCL GMP Facility, and to accelerate tracer supply across the UK.

New paper

The development of [18F]AldoView as the first highly selective aldosterone synthase PET tracer for imaging of primary hyperaldosteronism has been published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry. We are now eager to take this tracer, which has been developed in-house, to first in man studies.

Thibault’s and Raul’s paper on iron(II)/persulfate mediated Newman–Kwart rearrangement has been published in Organic Letters, and Matthias's paper on the development of a caspase-3 selective SPECT tracer has been accepted for publication in Scientific Reports.
