Centre for Doctoral Training
The EPSRC CDT in Delivering Quantum Technologies offers a broad 4-year programme of training and research leading to a PhD. Please see this page for more information about the CDT and this page for information on how to apply.
Other PhD Programmes
If you are applying for a PhD opportunity offered directly by a UCLQ researcher, please follow the application procedure laid out in the advert. Similarly, if you are applying via the physics, computer science or EEE departmental portals, please follow their application instructions.
If you are reaching out to a member of UCLQ to enquire about potentially arranging a project and funding application, please include a short statement in your email. In particular, you could include
- A brief introduction
- Proposed area of research and your experience/background in the chosen research area
- How your chosen supervisor’s experience or knowledge is relevant

Applications for the MSc in Quantum Technologies must be submitted through the main UCL online applications portal.
