Research Interests

I am interested in quantum effects and I want to explore how we can use them for new technologies. In this context my particular interest lies in the physics of semiconductor devices, low dimensional transport and spin physics.

I have previously fabricated and characterised devices in GaAs heterostructures including quantum dots.

Now I am working on hybrid quantum dot and donor devices in silicon.

Interesting fact

I sometimes went to school on my unicycle.
