British Psychotherapy Foundation
A British Psychotherapy Foundation three-day non-residential Group Relations Conference
Working with others is fundamental to organisational life. It can be fun, rewarding and productive, but also difficult, frustrating and painful. The Conference will illuminate the complexity of organisations and explore the meaning, limitations
and creative potential of working together. We will consider authority, role, task, power and accountability; leadership and followership; values and culture. We will see how our personalities shape what happens, and the impact of conscious and unconscious processes on the capacity for thoughtful action.
If you are curious about organisations and want to develop your capacity to be thoughtful and effective at work and beyond, do join us.
Early Bird Fees before 31 July 2015: £465 non-members, £425 BPF member, £425 for 3 or more participants from same organisation.
