START Resources
Access to START resources is free.
The START manuals can be downloaded from this website and are currently available in English, Japanese, Spanish and Urdu. START has also been adapted for carers of people with Parkinson's Disease Dementia (PDD) and Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), and freely available to download via the pages below.
This page provides all the resources needed to deliver the intervention, freely available to download.
START training materials are available to download to train different categories of staff to deliver START locally.
Recording of the START Relaxation Exercises are currently available in English and Urdu.
