To deliver the START intervention, you will need:
The “Facilitator” version of the START manual, for healthcare professionals and support workers to use to deliver each of the eight sessions
The “Carer” version of the START manual, which is to be printed out and given to the carer to keep and annotate.
The “CHOICE” leaflet referred to in Session 6. Please note that contact information contained in this leaflet was updated in October 2018, and may no longer be up to date.
The “Action Plan” table referred to in Session 8.
Finally, each session contains a relaxation exercise. We are working to provide the audio files for the relaxation CD's here as soon as possible. Until we are able to do so please contact the research team directly who will either email or post you the CD.
