A number of sites participating in the CanTalk Study enter the participant data themselves onto the CanTalk Study's 'Sealed Envelope' database.

• When entering data, please take your time to ensure the information you enter is accurate and complete. 

• All data entered must remain anonymous, so please do not enter any directly identifiable information such as first names or surnames.

• Do not share your log-in details for this database with anyone.
