Research Interests
My PhD focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of academics. Using a mixed methods approach, I aim to better understand how early career researchers working in universities experience the workplace environment and how this in turn impacts on their mental health and wellbeing. I started my PhD in September 2020, which is jointly funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and The McPin Foundation. I am supervised by Dr Jo Billings and Dr Danielle Lamb.
