Teamwork and the inclusion of the social drives of civil engineering are encouraged across our diverse range of programmes, from Earthquake and Disaster Management to Geospatial Engineering and Urban Railways.

Our department has strong links with industry and research is embedded throughout our programmes, with these links enhanced by our proximity to both major infrastructure projects and leading firms, thanks to our central London location.
