UCL Graduate Accommodation
To be eligible for UCL accommodation you must be a single international first year postgraduate student studying for either a full-time Master's programme, a Postgraduate Diploma or an MPhil/PhD. You must also have firmly accepted an offer to study at UCL and have submitted your application by 30 June in the year of study.
You will not be eligible for UCL accommodation if you have previously lived in London whilst studying at a Higher Education Institution or you hold UK/EU fee status.
- Returning Students
UCL has limited accommodation options available for returning students and those students who do not meet the eligibility criteria to be guaranteed university accommodation, this is why we collaborate with a number of independent organisations offering private accommodation to our students in London.
The private providers listed on the UCL website are providers that we have working relationships with and who, at specific times of the year, offer special promotions exclusively for UCL students.
- Family and couples accommodation
UCL has limited accommodation for students who are married or in a civil partnership, and family accommodation for students who have children. Accommodation is not guaranteed for these groups.
We have a number of one and two bedroom apartments for couples and families in the following halls:
