Department and faculty specific events

This is a guide to departmental and subject-specific events taking place at UCL during the Graduate Open Day.  We would recommend that you check the whole programme carefully in case you are interested in more than one department or faculty.  Please ensure that you allow enough time to travel between venues.  Tickets are not required for these talks, although we do recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before the talk is due to start.  Admission will be on a 'first-come first-served' basis.  As well as attending relevant talks, we would recommend that you also drop by at your intended department's relevant information stand at our Faculty Fair.

Faculty of Arts & Humanities

A unit of great intellectual diversity, inquiry and social engagement, we span creative and traditional disciplines. The faculty is home to: Arts & Sciences; English Language & Literature; European & International Social & Political Studies; Greek & Latin; Hebrew & Jewish Studies; Information Studies; Philosophy; Modern Languages, and the Slade School of Fine Art.
You can find representatives from the faculty at our stands in the North Cloisters between 16:00 – 19:00.

Faculty of the Built Environment

We’re the Bartlett, UCL’s faculty of the built environment. Combining architecture and planning with other disciplines such as energy, sustainability and public policy, we explore human spaces. Not just physical structures like homes and cities, but also the invisible structures that govern them: our laws and political systems, our family groupings and social norms.
You can find representatives from the faculty at our stands in the South Cloisters between 16:00 – 19:00.
