The Professional Services Conference was held on 15th February 2017.
Thank you to everyone who completed the feedback survey for the Conference, with 51% rating the organisation of the conference as "excellent" and 200% increase of "excellent" rating of the presentation of the Professional Services Awards compared to 2016. Comments and suggestions will help inform the next Conference and Awards.
Congratulations to Roberto Haddon who won the Amazon voucher for completing the survey. He said, "The conference really boosted my morale … and winning the voucher goes to show that it is worth giving feedback!"
By using a student-centric lens we will showcase best practice, celebrate success and improve a sense of community for professional staff at UCL.
This will also give staff a chance to get "back to basics" - better understand the concepts of the student-journey and student experience and their direct and indirect impact on each.
This is linked to the UCL 2034 key enabler: "Giving our students the best support, facilities and opportunities".
