Dr Zhang adopts a multidisciplinary approach to investigate policy responses and innovations that address threats to health and health systems amid complex information flows, demographic and epidemiological transitions, and fragile public trust, with the goal of building more equitable, effective, and sustainable health systems. She earned her DPhil in Social Policy from the University of Oxford.
