I graduated with a degree in Information Management for Business from UCL, followed by a Master’s in Global Healthcare Management at Imperial College London. From a young age, I have aspired to lead Televita - the digital healthcare company founded by my mother, which has been pioneering innovative care services in Italy for over 40 years.
I began working at Televita at 16, gaining early exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of healthcare delivery and witnessing firsthand the rapid evolution of the sector. Over the last decade, I have developed a deep appreciation for the relationship between academia, research, and industry-led innovation - an ethos that has shaped my academic choices and professional trajectory.
Televita is now entering a new phase of growth, marked by organisational scaling and a generational transition that will see me assume the role of CEO of the Televita Group in the coming years. This transition places me at the centre of complex organisational change and sector-wide innovation, reinforcing my commitment to developing rigorous, evidence-based leadership capabilities.
My current role positions me at the intersection of organisational practice, service innovation, and healthcare policy. This vantage point enables me both to contribute empirically grounded insights to academic research and to apply advanced scholarship directly to the strategic challenges facing a rapidly growing organisation.
The DBA Health at UCL offers the ideal environment to bridge these domains. It will allow me to build advanced research skills while addressing real-world issues through a business-oriented, systems-focused lens. The programme’s emphasis on applied research, leadership, and transformation aligns closely with my ambition to drive organisational excellence and shape the future of digital healthcare delivery using evidence-based strategies.
The DBA Health represents an essential step in my personal and professional development. It is an opportunity to deepen my understanding of healthcare systems, adopt a research-informed approach to leadership, and enhance the strategic capabilities needed to guide Televita through its next phase of growth. Ultimately, it reflects my commitment to becoming a reflective practitioner - one who integrates theory, data, and lived experience to generate meaningful impact within organisations, communities, and broader health ecosystems.
My long-term vision is to scale Televita internationally, extending our model of digital health and social care to new markets and populations. I aim to position Televita as a global leader in compassionate, technology-enabled care while preserving the values, purpose, and legacy that have defined the company for more than four decades.
The DBA Health will play a pivotal role in equipping me with the academic grounding and strategic insight required to lead this expansion and steward Televita’s evolution into a global healthcare innovator.
