- Applicants must have applied to study the Business and Health BSc or Business and Health MSci course starting in September 2026.
- Applicants must be nationals of countries that receive official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD): listed here.
To apply for this scholarship, candidates must submit a 500-word essay outlining their desire to pursue a career in healthcare.

Candidates to submit their full UCAS application for Business and Health BSc or Business and Health MSci.
Candidates can apply for more than one scholarship but if successful, only one scholarship will be awarded. Candidates to submit an application form for each scholarship they wish to apply for.
Scholarships are awarded for the specified intake year only and cannot be deferred to a future intake.
If a candidate withdraws from the programme before completion, they may be required to repay the scholarship amount received. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as serious illness or the loss of a close family member, subject to review.
The scholarship recipient will be expected to support the GBSH Marketing and Recruitment team through participation in promotional activities (as student and alumni), such as:
- Providing a student testimonial (written or video) for use on the website, social media, or printed materials
- Participating in webinars or virtual open days as a student ambassador
- Attending in-person recruitment events or panel discussions, where feasible
- Sharing their student experience via blog posts or LinkedIn articles
- Contributing to case studies or media interviews arranged by the school
