The Strategic Leadership in Healthcare Bootcamp is an intensive, high-impact executive education programme designed for senior healthcare leaders who are ready to transform how they think and act strategically in complex and rapidly changing health systems.
It is called a bootcamp because it is immersive, demanding, and focused on accelerating leadership transformation—concentrating years of strategic insight into two and a half days of high-intensity learning and reflection.
Participants will explore what it means to lead strategically in a health environment characterised by policy shifts, digital disruption, and financial constraints. The programme draws on frameworks such as Porter’s Five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy, the Balanced Scorecard, scenario planning, and adaptive leadership, integrated with the latest research from the UCL Global Business School for Health.
Through real-world case discussions, live simulations, and peer coaching, participants will learn to set direction, build organisational resilience, and foster innovation. The programme also integrates insights on risk, governance, and workforce transformation—critical to developing a sustainable health leadership strategy.
