The Leading Healthcare in the Age of AI Bootcamp is an intensive, high-impact executive education experience designed for senior healthcare leaders who are ready to transform how they think, lead, and act in the era of artificial intelligence. It is called a bootcamp because it is fast-paced, immersive, and focused on driving deep, lasting change in leadership mindset and behaviour.
Over two dynamic days, participants will work through real-world leadership challenges in the rapidly evolving digital health landscape. Through live case studies, simulation, and group coaching, you will learn how to harness AI responsibly, govern digital transformation, and design human-centred systems that promote both productivity and well-being.
This bootcamp draws on cutting-edge research from the UCL Global Business School for Health and the lived experience of leaders driving health innovation worldwide. Faculty include Professor Nora Colton, a leading voice on the New Health Economy, and Dr. Fatih Mehmut Gul, CEO of The View Hospital–Cedars Sinai, Qatar, alongside AI and policy experts from global organisations such as Google Health, WHO, and the NHS.
As a CPD UK-accredited member, this programme contributes to your Continuing Professional Development, ensuring that your learning meets the highest standards of quality and relevance.
