Healthcare systems are under increasing pressure to deliver improved outcomes while managing costs effectively. Value-Based Healthcare is emerging as a critical solution, but it remains widely misunderstood and poorly applied.
Why Value-Based Healthcare matters
Value-Based Healthcare is a patient-centered framework that focuses on creating value by balancing reduced costs with better health outcomes. Rooted in evidence-based practices, Value-Based Healthcare measures health outcomes against the cost of delivering them. Ultimately, it prevents investment in areas that will not generate value for patients, thus saving healthcare organisations money.
