About the Eight-Week Online Programme

This programme builds these crucial competencies by enabling the proactive management of policy reform while creating resilient learning organisations through change management, combining cutting-edge research, professional insights, and real-world case studies.

Programme Content

The programme includes three modules: 

Teaching and Structure

Over the eight weeks, you will explore three modules, aiming for 10-12 hours of study time per module, and including one live online session with the module lead and cohort peers.  The remaining time is spent in asynchronous learning activities such as viewing recorded lectures, reading recent research, taking part in discussion forums, completing formative assessments and other reflection exercises. The course content from GBSH is augmented by real-world case studies, an expert instructor, and the sharing of your own experiences.
