A new framework from University College London “RADIANCE” conceptualises more than 30 determinants of arts and cultural engagement within a dynamic multi-level system.
In this webinar we will give an overview of the framework and discuss its practical application. In doing so, we'll explore the barriers people may face to engaging with arts and culture, and the action we can collectively take to address these.
