Practical, accessible learning in statistics
At the UCL Centre for Applied Statistics Courses (CASC), our statistics short courses help you interpret and conduct research with confidence. Teaching combines clear explanations, hands-on activities, and detailed notes in a relaxed, inclusive environment where questions are encouraged.
No prior statistical knowledge is needed for our introductory courses or our winter and summer schools. More advanced courses assume a basic understanding of core concepts. Courses are delivered live on weekdays, with occasional evening options. Many are also available as self-paced online modules.
