Cell analysis on advanced analysers

• High-speed cell sorting and single-cell cloning
• Training and user support (including troubleshooting and equipment use)
• Data services (acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and presentation)
• Experimental design and consultation (including sample prep and reagent sourcing)

Charges

Cell analysis and cell sorting are charged per usage time.

Charges for cell analysis:

(SONY ID7000 spectral cytometer, IR FACSymphony A5, FACSymphony A5, CytoFLEX S), LSRII)

There is a minimum of 30 mins booking slot for cell sorting. Additional time will be charged in 30 minutes increments. There is a £10 monthly flat fee per user per analyser.

UCL users: £36.03

External users: £65.89

Assisted Analysis

Assisted cell analysis will carry a 50% surcharge.

Samples run by facility staff will carry a 100% surcharge

Charges for cell sorting:

(FACSAria III, FACSymphony S6, FACSMelody)

There is a minimum of one hour booking slot for cell sorting.

Additional time will be charged in 30 minutes increments.

There is a £25 monthly flat fee per user per cell sorter.

UCL users: £66.45

External users: £121.50 

Charges for training and courses

We have one fixed rate for all cell analysers. Training takes place in the morning from 10 am to 12 pm and lasts for one to 2 hours depending on user's flow cytometry experience.

Flow course is also charged at the same rate, takes 2 hours and is given in the morning.

£60 per hour for UCL users and £110 per hour for External users
