IT Support Officers

Primarily responsible for managing the IT systems within the School. This includes staff and student computers, the School’s network, external websites and intranets.

These staff also provide day-to-day support for issues arising with Windows and Mac computers, liaising with UCL Information Services Division (ISD) to ensure a consistent and reliable provision of IT services to staff and students within the department.
